we ship within the us only, for now. international is coming — join the list on the fragrance page and we’ll let you know the moment it opens up.

please allow 3–5 business days (weekdays only, weekends don’t count) before your order ships.

everything ships via usps ground. fragrance is a regulated liquid, so we’re not able to expedite or ship air at this time — plan ahead for gifts.

free shipping on orders $75+. under that, flat rate is $8.

we ship to physical us addresses only — no po boxes, no apo/fpo.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

fragrance is final sale once opened. we can’t accept it back once the seal is broken — it’s a hygiene and safety thing, not a trust thing.

clothing and accessories are eligible for exchange only, unworn, unwashed, tags attached. we don’t offer refunds on these, just a swap for size or style.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

glass travels, but sometimes it doesn’t survive the trip. if your order arrives damaged or leaking, email us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll take care of a replacement or refund.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

once usps confirms delivery, we’re not able to issue a refund or replacement — but we’ll help you file a claim if something looks off.

A NOTE ON HEAT

fragrance is sensitive to extreme temperatures. if your package sits somewhere hot for a few days in transit, the scent may shift slightly on arrival. we do our best to time shipping around this, but we can’t control the truck.
